Excellent, friendly staff - especially the gentleman on the reception desk on the weekend evenings, with a ponytail, who had many excellent recommendations for restaurants and who could not have been more helpful! Surprisingly cheap for Zurich, even with breakfast included. A comfy bed, a quiet room and a great location: all I needed.

Hotel was very close to the old city with nice streets and restaurants, also 5 min walk to the main train/bus station. and 5 min walk to the main shopping streets. very nice, friendly and helpful personnel in hotel. Thanks a lot to them.

Great location - only 5 min walk from the train station and short walk into Old Zurich. Clean hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent value for what you get in an expensive city like Zurich. Room 502 was perfect for 4 adults (2 couples).
No air-conditioning. Breakfast was a bit bland.

Great location for central Zurich. Next door to an awesome restaurant. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was nutritious (eggs, meat, cheese, breads, cereals, yoghurts, etc.) Walking distance to the train station.
Smallish rooms, but if you are not there during the day, no problem. No air conditioning.

Very Nice Clean Hotel. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Nice breakfast with boiled eggs and you can visit the breakfast buffet as many times as you like. Fruits are also available. You have 30 min free wi fi per day in the lobby which is more than enough to check your dreaded e mails! Short walk to the City (5 min max). I recommend this hotel and it is not really expensive for Zurich.
Would like a bar in the lounge; would mark as a 10/10 then!
